Question: Om shanti brother, what could you tell about the fact that we come in male and female bodies? I often wondered why that was necessary, all of us being souls. It is “only” because we live in the world of duality??

Dear soul,
Yes. The physical world is the world of “forms.”
In soul consciousness there is completeness but at the same time there is unity for there is no perception of “division,” or separation. The paradox being that the male and female energies are “one,” but manifested in 2 different “forms.” In body consciousness, we are stuck with the “form” (male and female) and we cannot perceive the “energy” as one. therefore, we fall into “neediness” to search for the “other half.”
At the same time, it is only through a “form” that we can “create” life… That is the unity of 2 different forms, and this is the quest of the Drama, to make sure that souls could keep “coming down.” 🙂
This Drama “moves” due to the forces of duality. “One” becomes “two,” just to become “One,” again. That is the “movie show.”

In the world of forms, we see the difference between male and female. In the world of soul consciousness, even though the form is different, the perception is One, unity, not two different things, for the soul is realized.

Thank you brother, however as I am convinced that human life can be created (and soul invited) through yoga power, I still have that question about the two different costumes. We strive for becoming complete now, to have both the “female” and “male” energy sanskaras developed to take with us to the golden age. Maybe it is that we shall not be completely 100% balanced and as a consequence will show a small difference in bodily costumes? Baba said something about this concerning Laksmi and Narayan, If I recall well Baba mentions a difference in the height and in the eyes … Anyway: the seed of duality is there from the beginning then .. if we were 100% complete the costumes would be equal ,and duality could not rise?

in your question: We are numberwise. Equality is “Maya.” 🙂 We will be complete 100% according to our own capacity. The “seed” of duality may be there, but there is no perception of it.
If our consciousness is in the “form” there will be duality, because duality manifests through “form,” that is why in soul consciousness we can get away from it. Now, duality is not “bad,” it is just another experience.
