Freedom from the belief of labeling someone as God or the Devil

Consciousness allows someone to perceive things in a particular way. According to that consciousness, we could have a limited understanding. To see things under a different perspective means to have the openness to accept newness. Honesty means to acknowledge our new perception despite a belief, a teaching, and a dogma.
Fear arrives through dishonesty.

Ahnanda is not concerned about denying or proving the existence of God or the Devil. Ahnanda is only concerned about finding his own beliefs. Rest assured, that this sharing is based on my own experience.

I have searched for God. I have found God. I have forgotten myself.
I found myself, then I found no-self and with that I found that all there is… is God. Although, many labels could be used to name it.

Do you want me to elaborate on that? It is for you to find out. It will be misunderstood for those who have not gone through the full experience.

“God created the Universe.”
Didn’t he create the Devil as well?
“NO. God has given us free will to choose.”
Really? Why is the Devil “wrong” then, isn’t he following his free will?
“Because he is against God.”
Is it “free will” as long as we do not go against God? That is not free will but manipulation. Isn’t that a devilish trait?

God and the Devil depend on each other to survive.
Believers are needed.

“But, I had an experience with God himself. I felt floating in bliss and with such love that it had to be God giving me this experience. It cannot be the Devil.”

The issue is not the experience of something extraordinary in our lives. The issue is the label that we have used to describe that.
“That must be God.”
The concept, the definition is added into that experience and through that a belief.
Let me “rephrase” your consciousness:
“I am unique. God has chosen me. Someone else’s experience is not the “true” one for I know God and they don’t.”

The clothes of Santa Claus do not make the one wearing it, as the “true” Santa. You have to believe in Santa, for that concept to exist. We make that concept alive.
Different people wear the Santa Claus’s clothing. Common agreement makes that clothing “special.”
“Knowing God” is meant to enhance the ego of the one who claims that. In my experience, it truly doesn’t matter if you “know God.”

Know yourself to find no-self. That matters to you and to me. Not to God or the Devil.

“God did not create the Universe. Everything already existed. “
If God did not create the Universe, why do we call him God then?
“Because, he is the Supreme.”

Isn’t that a belief based on the concept that God has to be the supreme? Aren’t we building up concepts upon concepts to make an ideal?
Because we have 2 different explanations of God; Is it possible for God to create the Universe and not to create the Universe at the same time?
“Well… One belief is right and the other is wrong.”
I suppose yours is “right,” correct? At the end, it is about “you.”

Beliefs are neither right nor wrong. They are just beliefs.
Accept a belief and your perception will be in one way.
Do not accept it and your perception will be in a different way.
Acknowledge the belief and let it go, and your perception will be yet in a different way.

What difference does it make to know who created the Universe?
What difference does it make to have intellectual answers to believe in?
Lost in the intellect, the mind, we forget the heart. That heart which is not meant to love “God alone,” but to love without restrictions.

Truly want to know what love is?
It is inversely proportional to the size of the “I.” That is the extent of your love. Love is being it.
How do you like that “definition”? 🙂

“What is your relationship with God?”
Until I find no-self, there cannot possibly be a relationship. I can call God my father, my lover, my everything… Those are just labels, ideals based on “ME.” Find no-self and the perception will be different.

A change in consciousness is not related with beliefs and intellectual answers.
Those things are meant to change behavior only, to make us believe that “we are transforming ourselves.”

The self, the “I” cannot transform itself. Every action or thought directed towards self-transformation will only follow an ideal, a learned belief.
For change to be “real” it has to be natural. Not manipulated in any way through the beliefs of the “I.”

When we step outside the boundaries of a belief system meant to delimit our consciousness and to keep us safe within the limits of our society’s collective beliefs, at that point we can explore, we could observe and be an active participant of Life.

“But… If I step away from my belief of a God; who will save “me” and protect “me” and take care of “me” in this Life of uncertainties, and in “my” next Life in the future… Who will be there for “me”?

That is not the question that a grown up could ask before leaving his parents’ home to move in a place by himself. That is a question that a kid could ask. The kid looks for that certainty, he calls “protection.”

Who will be there for you?
Freedom.
Freedom from a belief, freedom from ideals, freedom to experience life.

To be free was the dream of the slave. The dream of the one who wanted to express but couldn’t, the dream of the one who wanted to live and not just breathe.

For the one who is caught up with beliefs and ideals, for the one who breathes fear in every inhalation and repression in every exhalation, for that one freedom is meaningful, holy and necessary to enjoy life.
Freedom from the known, is for the one who is ready. It is a waste for the one who is not.

Enjoyment has no room for interpretation

Slide1

There are 2 pictures in the image above. I took those 2 pictures one minute apart from the same camera while standing in the same place.

The only difference was the position of the camera being held in my hands.

What is the teaching of this uneventful picture taking experience?

The location of our consciousness is the camera. That we call “state of consciousness.”
According to that location, we will experience.
What is “reality” then?

The location of our consciousness. Collective consciousness in the same location will give as a result the belief that we know “what is real.”

That we call “normal.”

In Life, there are many types of artists. The one who paints what most are able to perceive is the “normal” artist.
“Look, a horse…” Yes… How do you like it?

However there are other types of artists, whose art is to show those things, which couldn’t be easily observed.
“I don’t see a horse in that painting? “… Perhaps if you look at it from my perspective (location of consciousness) you may be able to see it…
“Ah… I see it now.”

The second type of artist may need to explain every painting that they make for people to appreciate it. Without that explanation, the painting wouldn’t sell.

Here is another teaching I learned.
When you are truly an artist in Life, you express. That is all.
Those who can see, will see. Those who cannot, will not see.
The painting is not meant for others.
The painting has no ulterior motive but to bring the expression into Life.

Just like our lives.

I could write many things to get many “Likes.”
It is very easy. Simple stuff at the reach of the common “man.” Funny or drama. Show your emotions and ask for support. Get people engaged. Give them the opportunity to be “part of it.”

If I want to sell a book for $1.99, all I have to do is to keep it simple… The “artist” expression may be gone, but the profit may be coming in.

That is the typical dilemma.

That is how popularity of an artist brings his own demise as the expression has an ulterior motive: To keep customers happy.

The same is with Life in a bigger picture.
Sell yourself into a belief and the expression to be manifested through you will be gone.

That impossibility to be “yourself” brings the suffering of being empty while having achieved other things.
Look for the approval of “others” and the expression will be dependent on “others.”
Look for the approval of God and you will know someone else’s God.
Sell yourself for an ideal and your Life will be someone else’s dream.

Life has no further meaning, purpose or reason but to express your being.
Yes, everything changes including you.
Shall I be unhappy because of that?
There is an unique and delicious cake waiting to be eaten.
Shall I enjoy the moment of tasting the flavor of it as it happens and to eat as much as I feel comfortable…or shall I “think” about the “future” and save a piece?
Even though there is no guarantee that I will be hungry or that the cake will last that long, I can occupy myself with all sorts of thinking… and to get nowhere but to miss the experience of enjoyment of the moment.

Which of the pictures above do you like better?
🙂

Don’t you see that it is the same picture but taken from a different angle?

The Sun is always there just like all of us. We will be there. The form changes. The angle changes and the picture looks different.

What is the teaching?

Whatever we see. Whatever we perceive. Enjoy it.
Once it changes…keep enjoying it for it will change again.
When we learn the art of enjoyment, our life will be joy. Change the location of your consciousness if you could, or allow for that to happen naturally… as it should.

Consciousness, God, religions, children and G.I Joe :-)

There is a child inside every one of us. Even when we “grow up” and become serious about “winning or making money,” the child still remains there but somehow repressed.
There is a part of us yearning to let that child express itself again. The world of “serious business” may not be that appealing after all, and the wish to go back to that innocence of childhood remains latent in our souls.

Believe it or not, a great set up to direct the child in us to a fantastic world of “good things,” has been claimed by all religions. That is why all the elements of a “normal” childhood are there:
A “father,” who represents the “head of the world household,” which many times will be followed by a “mother” and then us… the kids.

In this family, we go back to being told what to do, what to dress, what to eat, etc. If you do those things, you will get a prize. That is called heaven. Otherwise, you will be punished, that is hell.
A great family for the “inner child” inside! 🙂

When we explore consciousness, we will find out many of the answers that we were looking for about life. Those answer are never intellectual. You cannot think about them. You just realize them and that realization cannot be communicated. Only those who are in similar consciousness will be able to “see” what you see.
As your consciousness, so your life.

When we find many individuals in the world with such variety of consciousness, then we could observe that “reality” is not one thing or another, but it is what we are capable of seeing.
A perception.

A child can only see what is going on in “his family.” That is his world. His point of reference.

It is in that child’s mind when “G.I Joe” the fantastic toy; becomes anything that you may want him to be.
G.I Joe can fly. He can appear in another planet. He can save humanity from the evil “Cobra Command.” 🙂

Even though there is one “G.I Joe,” the “reality” is that there are many. 🙂

Every child who knows about the prowess of “G.I Joe” will have one. That child will become an automatic believer.
That particular “G.I Joe” may have different powers, different stories and adventures…. Different experiences.
In the mind of the child there is no such a question as to who “has the true G.I Joe ” among his friends (That is a grown up question.)
For the child what matters is to enjoy, to play. To have a good time!

The same idea could be related with our notion/experience of God.

According to our consciousness, we will have a different take on God.
When that individual experience becomes a collective possession, then a dogmatic view is created and with that a structured religion is born.
A “new” family for “new” kids. 🙂

To have different beliefs is not “bad.”
Different children will have different adventures with G.I Joe. 🙂
Beliefs are just an important part of expressing the feelings of that caged child, who lost his charm and innocence just to be “successful” in life, in his search to be “someone” in life.
That experience of believing in the comfort that God brings, is meant to teach us something in life.

The issue to keep in mind, is when someone wants to generalize his experience and make it the “truth” or when that belief constricts the horizons for growth of that child.

That is when the child goes back into the “successful” adult mentality who is interested in “proving” himself to be “right.” A source of egocentric mind.

In my experience, there are beings of light at this time who are helping humanity to move into a different consciousness. If there is a human being who is a believer of heaven, then that consciousness will be used to give support, assurance and benefit to those individuals experiencing that consciousness. That is how people from different walks of life have different “divine” experiences according to their beliefs or according to what these individuals need to experience.

For example, you can see this in this movie trailer (This movie is being played at a theater near you…) “Heaven is for real.”

The movie clearly gives hope and happiness to believers. If we understand consciousness, we will see how positive this assurance will be for those believers in that state of consciousness.

Nevertheless, this does not mean that this particular belief is “the holy truth.”
The point in spirituality is not to define and spell out what is the “truth” (for the understanding of it depends on the location of our consciousness;) but to “open” our consciousness.

Now, someone who professes atheism will believe that he does not have a belief.
He does. Not believing in a belief is another belief. 🙂

Please see that “reality” depends exclusively in the location of our consciousness. ( As explained in other articles)
If hard-core scientists tell me that science is “real,” then I could easily point to them about quantum physics “reality.” There is nothing that could be called “real” there, unless we use a point of reference. Our senses will perceive what they are “designed” to perceive. That is not “reality” but a perception of it.

The interesting aspect is that many human beings according to their consciousness have gotten trapped into their own “Godly” experiences. Something like :”I have seen God” or “I have gone to heaven,” or “ I had an experience with God or Jesus, etc.”

Those are great experiences! However, those experiences do not mean automatic change in consciousness.
Please see this, for without a change in consciousness we will be psychologically, the same individuals with the same fears and the same hopes and the same attachments, etc. no matter what we practice or believe in.

Changing our consciousness is not related with giving hope or assurance to our beliefs. Changing our consciousness is a new way of looking at life so the perception of misery and suffering is constantly reduced, but not out of a belief or a thought, but just out of our own day-to-day experience in openness and trust to life.

Greater consciousness means greater reduction of that perception of suffering, which in turn means greater enjoyment.
Greater joy. 🙂

Life is a marvelous experience once we truly see our own “interrelated” eternity. (Totality) We are tourists in life. Every passage in this life is there to be experienced. Once we are able to perceive that the answers in life are not “black or white,” then our consciousness has increased, it has opened up!

We experience “death,” but we are eternal. Thus, there is only life.
God is a belief for some, a reality for some; but nevertheless a “gift” for all the grown up “children at heart.”
What is that gift?
The adventure of living and discovering life, with playfulness.
Life is a game. 🙂

The Muse of Inspiration

When the muse of inspiration
knocks at the door of my heart
there is melancholy and elation
transforming thoughts into art

Flowing words in the river of thought
in search of the ocean of deep feelings
waning memories are part of the dealings
so paper and ink are brought on the spot

Inspiration is feeling the waters of the bay
to be one with myself
one; with a dolphin visiting from far away
just to admire the flight of a pretty blue jay

Inspiration is the friendly smile of a child
or the beauty of a woman with style
the kiss of lovers behind a full moon
or the sundown of a Sunday afternoon

Calliope transforms feelings to words
Erato pierces my spirit with love
and Nature sparks my life with delight
revealing the Creator magical might

Inviting a muse for inspiration
fits the company of a wife
for poetry is my expression
gathering passion into my life
